Do you have a patient or client struggling with mental health or substance abuse issues?
At The Woodlands Integrative Care Hospital, we value the vital relationship between a health care professional and their client. Our priority, especially in times of crisis, is timely access to all levels of care and uninterrupted service for each referred client.
Your client will be treated with dignity and respect by our team of professional, compassionate and experienced staff to ensure they are supported in their journey towards healing, wellness, and recovery.
Criteria for admissions
Admissions are always considered on an individual basis. However, individuals considered for referral must meet certain criteria in order to be treated at our hospital. We treat adults age 18 and older who are struggling with a mental health condition or addiction. Some of the most common mental health conditions we treat include:
- Bipolar disorder
- Major depression
- Anxiety disorders
- Post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD)
- Personality disorders, including borderline personality disorder (BPD)
In addition, we also provide substance abuse treatment services, including a medical detox program, to address addictions to the following:
- Polysubstance abuse
Please note that at this time we do not have specialized units for individuals struggling with sexual addiction, dementia or psychosis.

Inpatient Mental Health Care
In many cases, mental health disorders such as depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and others can best be treated in an inpatient environment of care and healing.
We value our relationship with your referral – and with you. Rest assured that as a professional, you will be included in the process of diagnosis, treatment and discharge planning. We want to be on your team.
